Product Introduction
Resin bond diamond grinding discs are made of a plastic disc with resin segments, designed for smooth polishing of granite, marble, and various other stone slab surfaces on automatic grinding machines or single-head polishing machines(hand held grinder).
When used together with metal bond grinding discs for initial grinding, the overall polishing effect can be achieved more easily.
Different formulas of resin segments are available, including sharp type and durable type.
In practical use, integral resin grinding discs are generally used for finer particles, and segmented type resin grinding discs are used for coarser particles
The first one on the left of the picture is a segmented type resin bond diamond grinding disc and 500#, 800#, 1500# are available;
The middle of the picture is an integrated type resin bond diamond grinding disc and 1500#, 2000#,3000# are available.
