Product Introduction
Diamond Metal Fickert Abrasive is a key technical tool for achieving efficient and high-quality automated grinding and polishing of granite slabs. These Fickert Abrasives are used for Granite Slabs & Tiles Factories.

Diamond Metal Fickert Abrasive for Granite is used on single head machine or normal automatic polishing line for granite rough grinding mostly.
Our Diamond Metal Fickerts Abrasive for Granite are approved for their advantages of low consumption, high grinding efficiency and stable quality, etc.

Metal Bond Diamond Fickert Abrasive is a diamond segmented brick with aluminum or steel base support, it is intended for granite slabs calibration to make the surface smooth and ready to go grinding steps, which is the most quality-stable for grinding granite slabs and usually in use on bridge polishing machines and automatic polishing lines in 12 to 20 heads, each polishing heads takes 6-8pcs diamond fickert block to make the calibration and grinding on granite slab or tiles, with the characteristics of stabilization, extremely high output, low consumption, excellent gloss etc.,

Why Choose our Diamond Metal Fickert Abrasive for Granite
- Electricity saving: its sharpness can reduce the stress of grinding head, thereby reduce machine's abrasion.
- High efficiency: its super high sharpness can improve transmission speed of convey belt and improve the production efficiency.
- High glossiness: it can bring 10 degree more in stone high glossiness. Also its homogenization reduce the possibility for stone surface stroke and glossiness instability.
- High quality: high technology, computerized production equipment and strict quality control guarantee our high quality product supply, high Cost-efficiency ratio.

Advantages of metal bonding agents
Granite is really hard-around 6 to 7 on the Mohs scale. So you need a binder that's just as hard and wear-resistant to hold the diamond abrasive in place. Metal bonding agents are way stronger and more resistant to wear than resin ones. That's why they're perfect for rough grinding, fine grinding, and even the early stages of polishing granite.

Precautions for using Diamond Metal Fickert Abrasive for Granite
Stone matching: Granite with different mineral compositions and hardness (such as "black gold sand" with extremely high hardness and "sesame white" with slightly lower hardness) requires the selection of grinding blocks with different formulas (such as binder hardness and diamond strength).
Ladder integrity: It is necessary to ensure that each number of grinding blocks is working properly and cannot "skip numbers", otherwise the scratches left by the previous process cannot be eliminated by the next process, ultimately affecting the polishing effect.
Pressure and line speed: The equipment pressure and grinding head line speed need to be adjusted according to the number of grinding blocks, with high pressure and high speed for rough grinding and low pressure and low speed for fine polishing.
Cooling and cleaning: Adequate cooling water is crucial to prevent stones and tools from "burning out" (high temperatures can cause surface cracking or loss of luster).
Regular flipping and replacement: The grinding block will wear evenly and needs to be rotated regularly to ensure a smooth working surface. After the working layer is exhausted, it needs to be replaced in a timely manner.
