Product Introduction
Integrate Diamond Fickerts are widely used for grinding stone slabs from coarse to fine.
①This kind of construction is whole-sintered with good sharpness and little vibration.

②With high grinding performance, it wouldn't scratch or break slates while grinding.

Instructions for using Integrate metal diamond fickert
On a continuous grinding and polishing line, there are usually more than ten to twenty grinding heads installed, each of which is equipped with several grinding blocks. These grinding blocks are arranged in strict order from coarse to fine, forming a complete grinding and polishing step. This order is identified by a "number".
The lower the number, the coarser the diamond grain size, the stronger the grinding force, and the greater the removal amount.
The higher the number, the finer the diamond grain size, the weaker the grinding force, and the smoother the surface.

Note:
The number standard is not globally unified. Different manufacturers may have different numbering systems (such as Italian, Chinese and Türkiye brands), but their ladder logic of "from coarse to fine" is consistent.
The actual configuration needs to be adjusted according to the hardness of the stone, equipment condition, and production efficiency requirements.
The above is for reference only. In fact, the grinding scenario can be adjusted according to the specific performance of the stone and abrasive. If you need more usage parameters and data, please contact our customer service for detailed solutions and data
