Our current product portfolio includes metal-bond and resin-bond diamond Fickert grinding blocks; metal-bond, resin-bond, and resin-composite-bond diamond Frankfurt grinding blocks; metal-bond and resin-bond grinding and polishing discs; as well as Fickert-style, Frankfurt-style, and disc-style diamond and silicon carbide abrasive brushes. We also supply a variety of specialized grinding tools for irregularly shaped stone pieces, alongside traditional stone abrasives. Our products are utilized for the grinding and processing of various natural stones-such as granite and marble-as well as artificial stone, sintered stone slabs, terrazzo, and luxury stone varieties. They are primarily designed for use with various fully automatic and semi-automatic polishing production lines, as well as manual polishing equipment. Our products are characterized by stable performance and excellent cost-effectiveness. We maintain a year-round, high-volume supply of grinding tools to stone factories throughout the Shuitou region; drawing upon this extensive experience, we have accumulated a wealth of practical expertise in processing hard-to-grind stone materials and resolving complex challenges related to stone polishing.
The company operates three distinct production lines, dedicated respectively to the manufacture of metal-bonded stone abrasive tools, resin-bonded stone abrasive tools, and composite abrasives. Our facilities are equipped with high-performance hot presses and cold presses for metal powder processing, as well as several advanced polymer molding machines. Furthermore, we have introduced sophisticated material testing equipment from Germany to implement rigorous quality control over our raw materials, thereby ensuring the superior performance and stability of our finished products.
