Product Introduction
Integral Resin bond diamond grinding discs are made of a plastic disc with resin segments, designed for smooth polishing of granite, marble, and various other stone slab surfaces on automatic grinding machines or single-head polishing machines(hand held grinder).
Compared to segmented resin bond diamond grinding discs, its abrasive layer is usually formed by integral pressing. Usually used for fine grinding and polishing. The manufacturing process of integral molding makes the integral resin grinding disc less weldable than the segmented resin grinding disc.
Some factories press the working layer of the integral resin grinding disc into a sunflower shape, so it is also called a sunflower resin grinding disc.
When used together with metal bond grinding discs for initial grinding, the overall polishing effect can be achieved more easily.
Different formulas of resin segments are available, including sharp type and durable type.
