Product Introduction
The diamond fickert abrasive brush is an essential tool for processing and polishing granite, marble, ceramics, and other surfaces with matte, antique, or leather finishes. It can be used on both manual and automatic grinding machines for various stone surface applications.
One of the key advantages of the diamond fickert brush is its ability to remove material quickly and evenly. The diamond particles embedded in the bristles provide high cutting power, allowing the brush to effectively grind away excess stone and reveal the natural beauty of the surface.
Additionally, the diamond fickert brush offers excellent durability and long service life. The high-quality diamond particles are securely bonded to the bristles, ensuring they do not wear down quickly and maintain cutting efficiency over an extended period. This durability helps reduce costs by minimizing the frequency of brush replacements.

Fickert type abrasive brushes are mainly used on automatic polishing machines for tiles, granite, quartz, terrazzo, etc. (the grinding head is equipped with Fickert type grinding tool slots), and generally one grinding head is equipped with six grinding brushes. The size of the Bra type brush is mainly divided into two types: T1 represents a brush length of 140mm, and T2 represents a brush length of 170mm.
The 140mm "Fickert-style" abrasive brush is primarily utilized on automatic polishing machines designed for granite.
The 170mm "Fickert-style" abrasive brush is primarily utilized on automatic polishing machines designed for ceramic tiles, engineered quartz, and similar materials; typically, each polishing head is fitted with six brushes (constituting one set). A polishing head designed for 170mm brushes can accommodate 140mm brushes; however, a head designed exclusively for 140mm brushes cannot accommodate 170mm brushes.

Regarding mesh size: It mainly represents the diameter of abrasive particles. Mesh refers to the number of holes on the sieve per square inch, 50 mesh refers to 50 holes per square inch, and 500 mesh refers to 500 holes. The higher the mesh, the more holes there are. In addition to indicating the pores of the sieve, it is also used to indicate the particle size that can pass through the sieve. The higher the mesh size, the smaller the particle size.
Regarding the length of the working wire: Generally, the length of the exposed surface working wire is 3CM, but it can also be customized according to customer requirements
Main function: Used for polishing and deburring ceramic tiles and various stone surfaces, making antique and leather surfaces.
