This is an antique-finishing abrasive brush-measuring 140mm-that has been independently developed and manufactured by our company. On the market, it serves primarily as a replacement for Diamante Italia's "Filiflex" antique brushes. When used in conjunction with other brushes on polishing machines such as the Sirio or K-lux, it enables you to create exquisite antique, leather-textured, or brushed surface finishes.

The abrasive brush we produce possesses cutting power equivalent to that of the Diamante Italia Filiflex brush; it penetrates deep into the stone's surface to create an antique appearance characterized by exceptional layering and visual depth. With its superior quality, this product empowers you to effortlessly achieve these desired surface finishes! For optimal results, please operate the brush at a low rotational speed, using a small amount of water and applying very light pressure.

This Fickert Abrasive brushes create beautiful textured effects by selectively removing the softer components of the stone material.

They impart a visual depth to the stone that is rich in layering and dimension.

Brushes of varying grit levels are utilized to achieve specific antique-finishing effects.

When applied in a specific sequential order, the abrasive process effectively "excavates" the softest areas of the stone while simultaneously polishing the hardest areas to a smooth, rounded finish. The resulting surface exhibits natural undulations and ripples, yet remains harmonious and unified in appearance, exuding a rich, natural texture. Tactilely, this final finish presents a pleasing, natural relief; visually, it displays particularly rich and deep color saturation. Depending on the specific sequence of brushes selected, the final result can be rendered as either a matte or a glossy finish, and the degree of surface relief can be precisely adjusted to suit your preferences.

The 140mm Fickert-type Abrasive brush is mainly used on automatic granite polishing machines, while the 170mm Fickert-type Abrasive brush is mainly used on automatic polishing machines for ceramic tiles, artificial quartz stones, etc. Usually, each grinding head is equipped with 6 grinding brushes (in one set). A 170mm grinding head can be used with a 140mm brush, but the design can only accommodate 140mm grinding heads and cannot accommodate 170mm brushes.
