Diamond Resin Fickert Grinding Block Application
Diamond resin fickert abrasive is designed with diamond particles bonded in a resin matrix, offering high cutting efficiency and durability. With its rectangular shape and multiple diamond segments on its surface, the diamond resin fickert abrasive allows for efficient grinding and polishing of stone surfaces. The diamond particles embedded in the resin matrix effectively remove material, such as scratches, chips, and surface imperfections, resulting in a smooth and even finish.
Resin grinding blocks are used for grinding and polishing granite, quartz, and artificial stone. Our products have higher sharpness and more stable characteristics, which are highly favored by users. Currently, Shuitou and the Brazilian market are used by multiple stone factories. Constant supply and stable performance. Free provision of case parameters

What is artificial stone
Artificial stone is an artificial decorative material made by mixing and curing natural stone powder, pigments, etc. with organic resin (such as unsaturated polyester resin) as an adhesive.
Its core features are as follows:
- Seamless splicing: After seam treatment, almost no gaps can be seen, and the overall feeling is strong.
- Rich in design: It can be heated and bent, and can be customized with complex shapes such as curved countertops and irregular corners.
- Uniform color: There are multiple color options available, and there is no color difference issue with natural stone.
- Dense and stain resistant: The surface is pore free, with good waterproof and anti-seepage properties, making it difficult for daily stains to penetrate.
- Disadvantages: Not resistant to high temperatures (directly placing it in a hot pot will cause yellowing and cracking), and the surface scratch resistance is average (quartz is slightly better, acrylic is softer).
- Simple note: good-looking, easy to style, easy to maintain, but afraid of scalding and scratching.
