Diamond Stone Slabs Polishing Discs are also known as "Diamond Buffing Pad."
These discs serve as the final, ultimate gloss-enhancing consumable for large granite and engineered quartz slabs processed on fully automated lines or heavy-duty manual slab polishing machines. As soft polishing discs lacking coarse cutting capabilities, they are used after 3000-grit resin-bonded abrasive pads to instantly achieve a clear, mirror-like finish, eliminating the haziness or "orange peel" texture often left by resin polishing.

We typically offer two types of polishing discs: black(dark-colored) and white(light-colored).
Distinction between Black and White (Key Selection Criteria)
1 White Buff: Features a white polishing layer formulation designed specifically for light-colored granite, white quartz, and beige stone. It prevents graying or staining, avoids darkening light-colored surfaces, and ensures a clean, translucent base color. We offer a range of light-colored series polishing discs based on this white buff technology.
2 Black Buff: Features a black polishing layer formulation suitable for dark granite, Black Galaxy, Indian Black, and dark gray/black thick slabs. It provides higher friction to remove fine scratches from dark stone and enhances the clarity of the black background, preventing a dull gray appearance. We have optimized our dark-colored series polishing discs based on this black buff technology.
Mainstream Specifications (Universal for Large Slabs)
Standard diameters include 150mm and 200mm (8 inches). The central flange hole fits 250mm/300mm manual slab grinding discs and grinding heads on fully automated granite polishing lines (such as the L140 type). The disc surface features three drainage channels to facilitate rapid stone dust removal and cooling during wet grinding.

We supply Stone Slab Diamond Polishing Disc with diameter 6" and 8".
We have developed specialized polishing pads(Buff Disc)-including high-sharpness, high-durability, walk-behind grinder, and automatic grinder versions, as well as pads designed for specific stone types. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
Compared to general-purpose alternatives, our specialized polishing pads offer superior value in terms of both performance and cost-effectiveness. If you are looking to reduce stone product manufacturing costs by optimizing abrasive consumption, we invite you to contact Cheefung Company. We can tailor high-efficiency abrasives to your needs, helping you stand out in a fiercely competitive market and achieve significant growth and progress.

Advantages of Our Polishing Discs
1 Significantly Enhances Mirror-Like Clarity
- Polishing solely with 3000-grit resin pads often leaves a slight haze; our "Black & White" polishing system serves as the final finishing step, eliminating "orange peel" haze and boosting gloss levels by over 10 degrees-meeting the strict high-gloss acceptance standards for export-grade stone.
2 Color-Specific Formulas Prevent Staining and Waste
- The "White Polish" formula features anti-staining properties to protect light-colored stone, preventing the gray spotting often caused by black polishing pads. The "Black Polish" formula utilizes high-friction technology tailored for hard, dark granite, offering superior efficiency and solving the common issue of dark slabs appearing dull or gray.
3 Compatible with Both Automated Lines and Manual Slab Polishers
- The standard 200mm size fits directly onto 16- or 20-head automated granite polishing lines and is also compatible with heavy-duty 250mm/300mm manual rotary polishers, making it ideal for everything from mass-producing large slabs to processing individual thick slabs or monument stones.
4 Durable, Stable, and Cost-Effective for Mass Production
- Under standard operating conditions, a single disc can process 8,000–16,000 m²-far outperforming fiber-sponge buffing pads. They resist powdering and delamination during wet, water-cooled processing, ensuring stable performance during continuous 24-hour production runs.
5 Easy, Universal Installation
- Featuring a standard center flange mount, these discs can directly replace resin-backed abrasive pad holders without requiring equipment modifications, allowing for a quick switch between standard polishing and final gloss-enhancing steps.
6 Stable Performance and Excellent Value
- Sold directly from our factory, these discs benefit from years of expertise in formulating products for specific stone types. We maximize cost-performance, helping an increasing number of stone processing plants reduce abrasive consumable costs and improve profit margins.
