Description
Technical Parameters
Granite diamond chamfering wheel, is also calle as 45-degree V shape grinding wheel. It is a V-shaped inclined forming consumable designed specifically for high hardness granite, black gold sand, quartz, and thick engineering slabs. It processes stone with a 45 ° straight chamfer, which is different from the profile wheel used for making curved cow nose edges;

Our Product Advantages
- Exceptional cutting power enables rapid grinding and polishing of granite surfaces; it is the preferred choice for high-hardness granite varieties such as large slabs and "Black Galaxy" .
- Superior service life; maintains structural integrity and consistent curvature even during continuous 24-hour assembly-line processing.
- Utilizes high-quality resin materials ensuring stable performance, high-temperature resistance, and efficient heat dissipation and debris removal; minimizes the risk of stone scorching or blackening during water-cooled processing.
- Comprehensive product range covering coarse grinding, medium grinding, and fine polishing-a complete set suitable for factories of all sizes.
- Formulated specifically for high-hardness granite; features wear-resistant, durable diamond abrasives that prevent slipping when processing hard stone materials.
Practical Tips for Granite Grinding
- Ensure continuous, abundant water cooling throughout the process; granite's high hardness generates significant frictional heat, and a lack of water can easily scorch the stone black or cause diamond loss.
- Apply moderate pressure when using coarse metal-bond grinding wheels to boost efficiency, but use light, steady pressure and a uniform feed rate for resin-bond polishing wheels.
- Never skip grit sizes; skipping intermediate grits leaves permanent deep scratches and results in a hazy, dull finish on beveled edges.
- For dark or black granite, prioritize sintered-type tools; their superior wear resistance reduces the frequency of tool replacement.
