On October 1, 2026, the People's Republic of China celebrates its 77th anniversary. Red flags line the streets, and every industry marks the day in its own way. For us, this autumn is worth looking back on too: over the past year, our diamond saw blades, grinding blocks and drill bits have reached customers across more countries than we can easily count, and behind every order there sits a weight of trust we don't take lightly.
This year, thank you
After years in export, we've learned that customers are never just "the people who place orders." Some are long-standing partners who return year after year, a familiar "same as last time" that puts everyone at ease. Others are first-time buyers who check drawings and bond formulas again and again before a trial order, gradually moving from cautious curiosity to full-container reorders. And some get straight on the line with photos the moment something goes wrong - no beating around the bush, just the kind of feedback that lets us fix things fast.
These real conversations, specific pieces of input and repeated choices are what push us, in the rough-and-tumble world of concrete cutting, grinding and drilling, to keep refining tool formulations, tool life and on-time delivery. Through a year of shifting markets, currency swings and port congestion, the fact that you kept sending orders our way is support we genuinely appreciate.
Our National Day break
In line with China's statutory holiday, our office will be closed for National Day from October 1 through October 7 - seven days - and resume normal work on October 8.
- Sales stays online. Email and WhatsApp will be answered as usual throughout the break, so inquiries, new orders and after-sales questions can still reach us.
- Shipping resumes on October 7. The warehouse team is off for six days and returns to pack and dispatch on October 7; orders already paid will be sent out in the order they were received.
A note before the break
National Day isn't just a holiday - it's one of the few pauses in the year. During these few days, we want to say plainly to every customer: thank you for choosing us. Going forward, we'll keep doing the factory-side work that matters - more stable formulations, more reliable delivery, sharper prices - and we welcome your toughest requirements.
