During the processing and polishing of irregularly shaped stone, we frequently encounter the need to polish concave surfaces, curved surfaces, and basin-like areas. Traditional flexible polishing pads rely on the flexibility of the pad body itself; however, inconsistencies in pad softness often lead to uneven polishing results on curved stone surfaces. Workers typically address this by performing multiple polishing passes-a method that, while effective, increases the workload and reduces overall efficiency. To resolve this issue, Cheefung company has developed and manufactured a Diamond Curved Flexible Polishing Pads specifically designed for curved surfaces. It conforms closely to the stone's curvature, delivering high polishing efficiency and stable performance while producing a uniform, high-gloss finish.

As shown in the above picture, this curved Diamond Polishing Pads are very suitable for polishing the concave surface of stone, the inner wall of stone circular pipes, and other curved stone surfaces.

These flexible polishing pad can be used for polishing marble, granite, quartz stone, cobblestone and other special-shaped stones.
The color of the back of the water grinding plate varies with the mesh size.

Tips:
- Other specifications can also be customized;
- It must be compatible with a dedicated curved adhesive disc before it can be used.
Notes for use
- Select the appropriate small and thick grinding discs to start working, and then use the larger grinding discs to work. In order to achieve good results, it is recommended not to skip numbers.
- Roughly estimate the surface finish and correctly judge the starting number. On the rough surface, the coarser grain size is used to polish first, otherwise, it will take more time to achieve the desired effect;
- If you find that it takes more time to remove scratches, you should replace them with thicker grinding discs, which will save you a lot of time;
- This type of grinding plate needs to be equipped with a special adhesive plate. If necessary, install the extension rod for use. Extension rods and special sticky plates are available in our store.

For wet grinding, polishing and renovation of special-shaped stone, curved surface, basin bottom, spherical surface and curved concave working surface.When making stone flower pots or stone bathtubs, extension rods can be used to polish deep into the bottom of the pot.
