The Sponge Fickert Stone Abrasive is a polishing tool used for granite, marble, stone, artificial stone and floor. Applicable for automatic, semi-automatic polishing machines and manual polishing.
These diamond sponge polishing blocks are made of fiber sponge and is designed for surface cleaning and polishing of granite, marble, stone, artificial stone, and flooring.
It is suitable for automatic and semi-automatic polishing machines, as well as manual polishing.
Three typical shapes are available:
- Fickert shape polishing block,
- Frankfurt shape polishing block,
- Round shape polishing pad.
Various grits, sizes, and shapes can be offered depending on the type of stone and polishing machine used. The pad is recognized for its long service life, high polishing speed, and excellent gloss.
The fickert-shaped stone polishing sponge block combines diamond particles with sponge material to enhance polishing performance. The diamond particles enable efficient and precise material removal, while the sponge material ensures even pressure distribution, resulting in a smooth and uniform surface.
