  Standard Processing Workflow   (Comprehensive Quartz Countertop Finishing)

1. Rough Shaping: Use a metal-sintered or vacuum-brazed diamond profiling wheel to mill the full or half bullnose profile.
2. Rough Leveling: Use #50/#100 flexible polishing pads designed for quartz to remove deep milling marks.
3. Progressive Refining: Sequentially grind using #200 → #400 → #800 → #1500 grits.

  Usage Precautions  

1. Ensure continuous, ample water cooling; dry grinding for extended periods is strictly prohibited, as high heat causes rapid pad wear and burns the quartz surface.
2. Maintain light, even pressure and a steady feed rate during grinding; excessive pressure can deform the pads and result in uneven gloss on rounded edges.
3. Strictly follow the grit sequence from coarse to fine; skipping any grit level will leave behind fine scratches that cannot be removed.
4. When processing high-density black or dark-colored quartz, using thickened, wear-resistant pads is recommended to extend the service life of the consumables.
